Thinking about the #TangerinePalpatine being let back on #Facebook I kind of expect it's going to be different this time around. Leading up to the 2016 election, the #FormerGuy had been on since forever, ginning up more and more hate and division like slowly turning up the heat on a pot of water.

But we've had two years free now, though. It's cooled off (some). Assuming he can't control himself (I know that's hard to imagine), it's going to be a shock to many. I hope there's a #FacebookExodus once people get a few of his screeds on their feeds.

I have an idea of how I will finally get rid of the Facebooks/Twitters and not lose memories that are meaningful.

I could use some (to be researched) software that records your screen (and results in a .mp4 or something) and then scroll past the whole timeline.

Having that video would probably provide enough closure to (somehow) hit the deactivate button.

As happy as I am to see this big #TwitterExodus to #Mastodon during this slow-motion #Muskpocalypse, I am frustrated that there hasn't been a similar #FacebookExodus and #InstaExodus from the #Zuckerverse to the #Fediverse. What would it take to #unZuck your IRL networks of friends and family?
