We need a national recovery plan for #fear. The children think they can protect themselves from “all the variants in the air” by wearing a piece of #cloth over their face.

It’s #criminal what has been done to kids.

Eating #healthy food, getting outside, moving our bodies, managing stress, living with purpose. These are just a few of the things we can do that create health.
