Facel Vega fut la dernière marque automobile française de grand luxe. Elle a existé de 1954 à 1964. Un prototype de course pour les 24 h du Mans avait commencé à être développé mais la faillite de l'entreprise a fait disparaître ce prototype. Aujourd'hui, un carrossier indépendant la recrée pour le Mans Classic 2024.
