Today also is I guess #NationalInternDay .... What's an actual reason a company / organization should use interns vs actually hire the person as an employee?
Interns basically are volunteers unpaid to do employee work. For most companies it seems they use interns for free labor. If someone is going to work in 99% of cases (unless maybe you are a small nonprofit with no funding and can't pay staff...) people should get paid for their work and time.
