Back in 2000 we had many stock brokers calling us up to buy #FAKE_TRAFFIC to bloat (aka SKEW) platform registration numbers and user activity, engagement etc | #IPO STOCKS! Remember?

We only had VALID IPv4 traffic to sell them--Too pricey (REAL traffic) for Brokers to FIX the numbers??

We could not help them MANIPULATE.. numbers for their INVESTORS as we have only real traffic to sell.

To there disappointment we only sold REAL VALID IPv4 traffic. Too expensive to BLOAT numbers..??
