It feels like we have to always defend a diverse show/movie/book existing and can’t get together with other fans to enjoy talking about it in larger spaces.

For example, if I go into the hashtag #StarTrekDiscovery on Twitter right now, there’s a bunch of people hating on it.

Similar thing has happened in the past when I’ve tried to find posts on #SheHulk #CaptainMarvel #MsMarvel #FalconAndTheWinterSoldier #TheLastJedi and others.

I do think #SpiderManNoWayHome stood out, as did #ShangChi, but those are the only ones. #BlackWidow stood out but only because of the cool intro.

#FalconAndTheWinterSoldier is still my favorite rn, even tho I think #Loki is technically better. #WandaVision was baaaaaaaad IMHO. They handled the plot horrifically. #Hawkeye is pretty...standard. Not bad, not great, exactly what you'd expect a channel like #Freeform to put on, which was a great step for #DisneyPlus at the time because they're still getting the hang of the whole TV format.

Haha you're not wrong. But I think the strong fight scenes and #USAgent closer helped negate that.
