Add blocker is integrated and my proposal for at home is anyway to use a #PiHole to block tracker and so on.
I use #FalkonBrowser dayli but only for some dedicated things.

Keep in mid, Webbrowser are the Main issue due to the high memory usage. Use #FalkonBrowser or #AngelfishWebbrowser, which are more efficient.
