#fungus and more fungus I don't know if anybody has tried the velvet cap #bolete but they are amazing! a delicate hint of lemon, they are by far one of my favorite #edible #mushrooms. #birdsnestfungus is just cool. i need to go out next fall with my new camera and macro lens and do this again
I have my laptop up and running, a little whining in the right ears and a friend to the rescue. i will try not to go to overboard *grins*

I have canned my first six quarts of carrots for soups, stews, roast. It takes 10 Lbs of carrots to do six quarts. I have many more to do. I will also dehydrate half of my carrots, to save room in storage. A lot of work but once it is done, I will have a lot of good food for our dinner table. Enjoy the Fall.😀
