The #Cyberspace_Administration of #China #CAC) said it wanted #providers of #smart_devices to introduce so-called #minor_mode program that would #BAR #USERS #UNDER
18 from #accessing the #internet on #mobile_devices from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

#Providers would also have to #set_time_limits under the proposed #reforms, the CAC said.

Users aged 16 to 18 would be #allowed two hours a day, children #aged eight to 16 would get #ONE_HOUR while children under eight would be allowed just eight minutes.

The discovery of a #huge_fossilised_skull that was #wrapped_up and #hidden in a #Chinese_well nearly 90 #years ago has forced scientists to #rewrite the #story of #human_evolution.

Analysis of the remains has $revealed a new branch of the human family tree that points to a previously #unknown_sister_group more closely related to modern humans than the Neanderthals.
