Even when their existence is not particularly harmful, I get overly annoyed by false equivalencies. The logic, or lack thereof, makes me barmy. If you are meaning to do good but make a bad comparison, I stop thinking about the point you are trying to make, because all I can think of is your bullshit comparison.
