This really is, imo, one of the defining & best #DisabilityRepresentation movies I know of, cos it's so full of disabled/ND characters with differing experiences & teaches about ableism, disablism & disability, as well as acceptance of those who're different - all in a way accessible to kids! TLDR?

The vibe of Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, but set in a world of dreamscapes! Just a really heartwarming, fun adventure, with a big heart. Even the soft toy who comes alive is damned adorable, and they usually scare the fuck outta me! 😂

If you’re looking for a good #FamilyFilm, #EnolaHolmes2 on Netflix is very good. (It’s actually a bit intense in terms of action, what with bullets flying and cutlasses…er, cutting.) David Thewlis is genuinely frightening in it.

The new #MatildaTheMusical film adaptation is outstanding!

A talented cast of child actors and actresses. Alisha Weir is an absolute star in the title role, #Matilda. Fantastic supporting cast, especially #LashanaLynch as Ms Honey and #StephenGraham as Mr Wormwood. #EmmaThompson is recognisable as #Trunchbull.

The songs are memorable (they are from the stage musical and written by #TimMinchin).

Fantastic #familyfilm. Couldn't recommend it enough.
