I recently did an Art Trade with toony.meg on Instagram and here's my part !!

She asked for human versions of Mugman from Cuphead and her OC Millie Shakerton

I took references from pics of kid outfits from the 30s to do the clothes, especially for Mugman, tbh I'm pretty happy with how it looks

I also would like to NOT thanks the weather for NOT LETTING ME DO A DECENT PICTURE
