So looking back on the interaction I had: if you are dealing in and get upset by where they are watched from because it may "endanger your ability to do fansubs," then you are already in the wrong field because you already deal in a gray market in this Fandom. There were fansubbers before you, there will be fansubbers after you, but to attack a potential viewer for the way they view said medium... you aren't helping your point.

@VAPChan @SpookyHorny @Jigsy Also geoblocked the video in so Japanese viewers cannot watch it without using a . And when people uploaded it to with Japanese subs it got hit with a DMCA claim. So someone decided to provide text-only subs for those who already had a VPN and despite text only (and I use that term lightly) being PERFECTLY LEGAL, it got DMCA'd
