While not mentioned at the roundtable itself, perhaps the biggest area of contention between #EPA and ag groups is the latest rewrite of the Waters of the US rule (#WOTUS). Earlier this week, #Missouri #FarmBureau president Garrett Hawkins testified before a House subcommittee on the rule's potential impacts to #agriculture.

Given that #PPD-21 defines agriculture as #CriticalInfrastucture,
And #JohnDeere has a history of delays at repair facilities during critical periods,

A significant development out of the American #FarmBureau Federation's annual meeting: #JohnDeere, one of the firms most reluctant to allow farmers the #RightToRepair their equipment, has signed a memo affirming to grant that opportunity to their customers.
