Finally got around to making #mozzarella and #paneer tonight.

Had several quarts of fresh milk that were going to go off if not made into something.

Can't wait to make #SaagPaneer this week.

The Lord Provides

That's over 55gal of corn that a truck spilled outside our farm this morning.

The family who lost it called, said they knew we had pigs, and they had several tons of corn to process today and werent going to recover it!

So the piggies get a snack!
