I’ll be so happy once I can shake this bloody cold. I’d very much like to have my normal voice back, and not have to continuously feed tissues up my nose. At least I was well enough to attend an amazing concert over the weekend. It was a great trip back to the 1990s with Fastball, Tonic, Sugar Ray, and Gin Blossoms. Great times were had by all! And just like that, another season of has come and gone. It’s always bittersweet. I honestly don’t even know what day it is, LOL. I’ve been rather sick the last few days. So much so, that I left work early last Friday to be tested for Covid (I don’t have it, whew!), and today is my first day back to work. I DO think I’ve got a nasty cold. I wasn’t expecting today’s rainy reception after returning from Las Vegas last week. Glad it’s cooler here, and thankful that it’s not humid today 🙏🏼 .. Last week was AMAZING, and I met many wonderful people at the conference. Can’t wait to finally break into the field and start my career. Today’s shirt is from one of the kitschy gift shops (yep 😁). Only 3 more days after today until I am off, and attending the Security Awareness Summit next week. It’s a two-day conference, so naturally I need to take the whole week off 😅..
