I couldn't make it to #FAST23 this year, but Andy Warfield's keynote on #storage at scale (through the lens of #AWS S3) is really good.

Not only does he talk about technical challenges and techniques, but human elements. Designing and scaling systems comprised of teams of people is much harder than solving the technical challenges.
