With my KNITwords Sweater, I have separated the stitches for the sleeves and the body. So now I have lots of stockinette to knit until it's long enough to start the bottom ribbing 😃

I decided to do something for #FastenOffYAL but really my eyes are bigger than my craft time! I’ve got so many #knitting projects on the go! So I had to go for an easy quick pattern using a colourful ball from my #yarnStash - I’m knitting Kat’s Perfect Beanie (pattern by Kat Riddell)

Update on my KNITwords Sweater! As you can see, I've finished the first color work band. I l gave to take care with the tension when starting/ending a round, but otherwise, I'm pretty happy with how it's going 😃

How do you choose between children?
I nominate @anniebeeknits even though I didn’t actually buy any of her patterns (d’oh!) because she led me to purchase so many others from designers I didn’t know and is so encouraging generally.
@lilmommacrochet is also amazing and fun with a great approach to helping others. I’m working her pattern now. 🧶
But I bought several beauties!!

The start of my #FastenOffYAL project is here! I’m making the KNITwords Sweater from Irocknits. It took a while for my yarn to get here, so casting on was delayed a bit. I will be combining this color with a nice warm marigold for the color work 😃

Finally sorted out which patterns I like enough that I may want to wear (or knit for someone else)...
And, oh my, I've got 15 of them bookmarked. 😲 That's just way too many. Out of the 6 I bought last year, I've only completed 1!!!
I'll go through them tomorrow, and narrow it further - I know I want 2 definitely; and probably 2 more.
Still got a little time before the discount ends!
