Absolutely fucking ridiculous. He *literally* contradicts himself from one sentence to the next. GPLB:

But he defended Labourā€™s decision not to vote for the Jones amendment, [because] it would respect the convention that the Lords does not block secondary legislation. The Government is quietly preparing to amend the definition of to include anything other than "minor disruption". Ironically, it is left the the unlected House of Lords, in the person of Baroness Jenny Jones, to deflect this. The baroness has tabled a on 13 June, which hopes to defeat it.
Nothing about this on the major news channels, though.
