My dad's favorite flower was the yellow rose. He passed away July 9th, 2021, and I've been wanting to get one and plant one in his honor for a long time now, and today was that day, finally.
He had one that I had given him in 2011 up until he passed away. It was at my cousins house and eventually it died as well last year.
I'm glad to finally be able to do this and I hope it lasts for many years to come.
