Taking all of the scary bad stuff out of the equation if you found yourself not being able to speak or told you'll be losing your voice due to a medical issue I think this could be a very huge live changing setup for you.

I see in the settings screen they are making it so 3rd party apps could use this feature which may be nice if someone comes up with a solid soundboard setup to replace the limiting #FavoritePhrases feature in #LiveSpeech built in #iOS17.
