Hi friends, help me find a toot? There was some instance that was participating in #FuzzyFridays or #Febluary and, in the toot, they shared the code they'd used to apply a dashed/dotted border to an image.

Specifically, it included code for videos, maybe gifs, and essentially things other than photos. Help me find it? I thought I'd bookmarked it to add to my Stylus but now it's nowhere to be found. #AltText
