Put simply, a general handle for the underlying system [ #ActivityPub in this case (i think) ] and a localised ID for the network›server u make ur account on, right?

Do u know–
1) how Activitypub works and
2) whether or not the fact what u propose isn't possible yet is a fundamental code limitation?
