I don't know who needs to hear this but DO NOT submit the standard USAJOBS form resume. No hiring manager wants to be forced to glean nuggets out of that 5-10 pages of wall-of-text trash. Make a clean, neat, targeted, edited, BRIEF 2-page resume and upload that to your job applications. Get help if you need help. Ensure target keywords are in it. Don't include paragraph-long discussions of jobs that have no applicability.
