A godermi il fresco della sera sul litorale laziale, l'ultima cicala ha smesso all'improvviso di fare fracasso e sotto finalmente si sentono i grilli, più delicati. Intanto è arrivato l'assiolo col suo verso buffo perché mo va bene la poesia della natura, ma sempre litorale laziale è, qua ce stanno un sacco di sorci

i wish i could fast forward to better days;
tune out, or change the channel;
everyday life is too much to bear nowadays;
so for now I’ll just dissociate until I feel okay;
maybe some day I’ll feel like I can breathe;
maybe someday I’ll feel safe enough,
like the ground beneath me can hold my weight;
but that day is not today.

Life's Autumn

It is the autumn of my life,
and I find myself alone.
The winds of solitude,
chilling me to the bone.

Perhaps in time,
I'll find someone new.
A loving mate,
to turn my lips red-hot from blue.
