📷 Nice buds, huh? The flowering trees and shrubs in the yard are re-blooming after the deluge a couple days ago and almost-tropical heat and humidity.
I walked around the tree and took 30 shots, but had to quit. My legs were itching. Badly.
Rubbed calamine on (I look pretty in pink, btw), and wanted to know what kind of tree. Google images said camellia and the picture mine matched was from an article about BUD MITES on camellias—my itch explained.

This morning about 5:30, I grabbed a coffee at Circle K, parked and watched. This shot is from my first observation post at the edge of the parking lot. I'm mad for the color red, night photography, during- and after-rain pictures and ones that say "isolation,” and this one ticks all those boxes.
