It's a brand new day, and I see things are still about the same here on the #Fediverse so far with regards to the drama over thebad.space and block lists.

I'm so baffled why people must stick their nose in something, especially when they don't like what it is they are sticking their nose into.

If you don't like, please, I beg you, ignore it, don't talk about it here, on Discord, Slack, or anywhere else, and simply MOVE THE HELL ON!

One thing I'd really like to be able to do in #fediverse apps, is to paste the link to an existing post as a reply, and have it imported into the thread somehow, without becoming a duplicate.

Eg if I ask a question and 3 people reply, and the answer I give to the first reply is just as relevant to the other two. I could just paste the link to the first reply and make it the reply for the other two as well.

#Fediverse の繋がりを
/api/v1/instance/peers

で各インスタンスの connection を入手し、それを手繰って、友達の友達は、、と言う形で調べました。

その結果、163,249を調べ、その中でまともな応答を返してきているサーバーのみを抜き出すと、

15,910

になりました。（個別のdomain名をゲットしています）

統計サイトの数字は 24,000 ぐらいなので、

この違いを考えたいと思います。

接続の time out 30sec でやっていますが、これが厳しいのかな？

接続できない connection は domain 登録のないもの、ほかのページが出力されるものが大半でした。

この過程で、妨害者もいることも分かり、Fediverse も善人だけの集まりでないことも実感しました。

with all the babbling i’ve doing these days, i’m realising two things

1. sometimes i want to be a bit more vulnerable and open
2. i realise it could come back to bite me in the ass (or worse)

So please help me, if you could speak to

1. Why do you make posts disappear? How do you feel about it after?
2. How did you decide on your timeframe of choice

Would be grateful for anything you people can give me to chew on.
