How to identify the most active accounts I follow, so I can follow their blog's RSS instead, move them to an alt account or whatever?

I (un)follow, (un)mute and (un)filter liberally. With a limit of 400 posts in the #Mastodon #HomeTimeline,* of which I see about 30 % in the web client, I can only see few hours of posts.
