Followers only means that only people who follow you will be able to see it, and no one will be able to boost it.

I like to talk about #science #chemistry #leadership and #diversity. I am an advocate for #womeninstem. I am not based in Scotland but it is close to my heart as somewhere I lived for some years. @wasootch I think newbies are scared to post because it feels so different. It seems easier to respond to a post you don’t agree with (like on the bird) than start a conversation with a new audience in a strange environment. Be brave. It’s fun, safe and welcoming
