I am rested again this morning and feeling halfway good. I got a decent amount of chores done yesterday for the first time in weeks, and so I'm torn today between trying to catch up some more, and trying to take it easy so I don't kick off more pain from overdoing it.
Gonna walk my mile, and try to do some more kettle ball and yoga too. Gonna cook some lentils and rice and try to eat healthy.
