Now that the dust has settled a bit in the "Mastodon vs Twitter" (which shouldn't be a thing btw). I have to say that I find the communities on Mastodon much more enjoyable than on Twitter.
I've had an account on Mastodon for years, and used it to follow along with the development and status of the network and whilst Twitter seems to go down I've only seen Mastodon go upwards.

Life is good and God is good. I'm on Team Love and Compassion. Just seems to smooth life out in the best way. I think Joe is more Christian than he realizes. He's said so many times that he just has a better day when he feels good/love for others. Great first step imo.

It's nice moving to a large city and getting proper rejection letters from jobs I applied to, rather than just no response from being rejected in a small city.

Today, I had someone tell me that my analytical approach, heightened attention to detail, and overall thoughtfulness in how I communicate and create content was an absolute breath of fresh air and a rarity amongst others they’ve interacted with.

That was a very nice compliment to receive and I appreciated someone pointing out nuances that others don’t always seem to notice.

It was basically someone not only pointing out my more neurodivergent qualities, but also applauding them in a way I don’t usually get to hear. It was nice.

So I got to learn some #Python #XML processing today. Really rewarding to take something that was inefficient, flaky, and just a pain, to something that whips out an answer in less than a minute and then can be processed in about 5 min with little to no issue. #feelsgoodman (originally posted in mid December, but with bad privacy settings set so no one could see it)
