Met Belzer when he was in #Baltimore doing TV's Homicide. 27 yrs ago. 1st time as an extra, 2nd while writing a feature on coffeehouses for a lovely former Bmore glossy called City Magazine. He was at the Daily Grind (still there!) in #FellsPoint when I was interviewing the staff and he was happy to be a part of the story. Super nice, smart, and funny. He wasn't from Baltimore, but he fit right in and was a great neighbor. Godspeed, #RichardBelzer. #RIP #JohnMunch
