Supa dam lake on the Kali river, Karnataka, India

A vast body of water, surrounded by a forest full of wild animals that can sometimes be spotted drinking thanks to the peculiar water border, empty of vegetation. We weren't there early enough to see tigers or panthers but the lake itself had a very special atmosphere, we decided it could probably be... the calmest place in India. 😉

Before sunrise, Hampi, Karnataka, India.

The suspended atmosphere was so enchanting I started shooting like crazy hoping to be able to capture the feeling that was quickly slipping away.
The village people were gathering in the temple and the loudspeakers were singing prayers.

I stopped to give myself just enough time to take IN everything I was seeing, to collect the emotion in my memory archive.
