It's slightly weird to me that the film me and the team have spent the most time and energy on this year is a custom: the storyline and mood defined by the wishes of the clients (two backers in this case) and not necessarily representative of my priorities as a storyteller. I've put my own spin on it, of course, and I wouldn't have taken the commission if I wasn't comfortable doing so. I'm very proud of it. But still...
