Good old Welney Causeway #flood is one of them. I think if they ever "fixed" it (built a bridge) I'd be both relieved and upset. (To be honest, for most journeys there are alternatives that don't make that huge a time difference.)
This is about as deep as I'll do it in one of the vans.
(Yes, there is a giant windscreen crack - being fixed shortly!!)

I'm amazed sandy coastline has survived for as long as it has. Many places in East Anglia have this type of cliff.
Wasn't a lot of land in Norfolk reclaimed from the sea, and drained for farming, in the 18th century?
