#Fettuccine #pasta with creamed #leeks & peas. The leeks are firstly sautéed in the pan, then adding juice of half a lemon, and a bit of water. It’s next puréed, adding grated Parmigiano Reggiano, a whole egg, and a knob of butter. It’s processed until smooth and emulsified. The pasta is cooked, then folding in the crema, wetting with a bit of the pasta water, and then folding in the peas.

When I think of the holidays and food, fettuccine comes to mind. So here is my fettuccini recipe with my seitan chkn posted earlier today.
