The meat part of the Christmas dinner was a rolled breast of venison with prune and chestnut stuffing, and a boned leg of mutton,spiked with garlic and thyme.
We also had roast spuds and parsnips, mashed swede, sprouts,sausage meatballs, carrot and leek ribbons and gravy.
Feeling fat!!!

Beautiful biltong! Handmade by ourselves in small batches using our own venison and a traditional South African recipe.
A limited number of packs will be available on our stand in the food hall at the Royal Welsh Winter Fair, and there might be few tasters, too!
