So here's my #introduction ...
I'm a fifty-something dad, dog slave, collector of health-related acronyms, a freedom fighter against middle-age, and apparently it would seem, I'm a bit of a survivor. I love music, books, films, and I'm a lifelong learner in the field of humanities. I'd like to say I'm a health and fitness fanatic, but the truth is, I sometimes wish I'd just wake up as one, some day.
