A friend found these "cinderellas" inside a book and gave them to me. They are dedicated to Spanish painters, in this case Goya.
In them, you can read in the central part:
"Spanish Association for the fight against poliomyelitis."
And on the right side
"We want to walk ...
work ...
be useful ...
help us"
They are from 1972, and I think they send a great message.

One of the main monuments of the 1939 New York World Fair was the so-called "Trylon and Perisphere". This "Art Deco" work of art was reflected in philately during the years 1939 and 1940, and so we see this motif on stamps from the USA, Iceland (normal and 1940 overprint stamps), Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, France and the United States.

I had never heard of the concept of a "test stamp" until I located this stamp. It appears to be the work of Karl Bickel.
Although it is not exactly the same, you can see some of the "test stamps" made by Bickel for the Swiss Post.
