Five frames with my newly (and cheaply) acquired Nikonos IV film camera, a vintage action cam that works on land as well as in water. It's so nice and ergonomic that I love it more than any GoPro or action cam I've ever used. It's also a capable regular film camera on land!
(Nikonos IV, Fuji Superia 400, self-developed and scanned)

@Marriottsmith if you're in Hextable, you may recognise Laura Drive from this image I shot as a teenager (which is why it's not particularly good!} The fields opposite would regularly dump muddy water onto the roads with heavy summer storm rains. One year, the drainage simply couldn't cope so the flooding was deep enough for my Brother to canoe from the bottom of Bower Rd to the edge of the Fen's Way estate.

I photographed The Hot Metal Bridge in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on October 7, 1999.
The Hot Metal Bridge connected parts of the J&L Steel mill, carrying crucibles of molten iron from the blast furnaces to the open hearth furnaces on the opposite bank of the river to be converted to steel. During World War II 15% of America's steel making capacity crossed over the Hot Metal Bridge, up to 180 tons per hour.

This is Doug a mechanic at Alex’s Auto Repair Shop. I made this photograph on May 17, 1992 in Vancouver, British Columbia. As with so many independent small businesses the garage has now been demolished and condos are replacing it.
