So many origin myths we have...I just recently reflected on that long distant film intermission.

The gang of lads had NO IDEA what was happening up there on that wonderful screen in the summer of 1968 .

So, I was asked, I talked, and they decided to stay for THAT trip to Jupiter.

I NOW see it as my first film seminar, the one that forced me to articulate something about the wonder of cinema.
