HEXAGON Film Still – Breathe
Hexagon is a short film I directed.

This still is one of my favorite shots. We used anamorphic lenses for the short film and you can see this really clearly in the edges of the background (the background is bended / distorted). HEXAGON is shot on Arri Alexa XT with Hawk Anamorphic lenses.

I already mentioned that I'm not good with keeping my practice up. I once intended to do at least one 30-60 min speedpainting every day, and did that exactly 3 times and then never again. But from time to time I do these - to experiment with brushes, brush strokes, skin tones etc.

So here is a little study from 'The Witch'. I think it took about 5 hours from start to finish.
