Has anyone used #findawayvoices before? I’d love to hear your feedback #writingcommunity

Yesterday I received my first audition request from Findaway Voices - as in, someone saw me there and sent ME a request to audition for their book. Funny enough, the book is a detective story set in NYC in the mid 1950's, in a world populated by cat and dog people, much like the Kaiser Wrench books I narrated. Maybe I can turn that into a niche market. XD

No guarantee I'll get the gig, of course, but it was great to be tapped like that as a possibility.

Just heard back from SAG-AFTRA re #audiobooks through #FindAWayVoices being automatically enrolled in #Apple’s #AI #narration #training set. They have agreed to stop immediately and negotiate in future with #SAG-AFTRA. #ACX / #Audible do NOT supply AI training data they confirm. #Equity are closely following. This is great news and everyone can stop worrying their narration through FindAWay will be misused!

SAG-AFTRA think there’s a lot of noise about this atm, so pls boost to help clear it up.
