The serendipity of finding people here (or them finding me) is rather lovely. I'm enjoying it hugely.

Some of my birdsite people are easy to find because their mastodon addresses are on their bios over there, some I find following other people and hashtags, some find me.

And then all the new people I find just on here - it's such enormous fun.

It’s weird here. In a good way. Clicking on peoples profiles and scanning their bio to find out if you will click or not. Looking for those red flags of trump, fascism, Tory etc. and I have yet to find one. Occasionally, I find someone with bigger all in their profile and I’m cautious then. But by and by, we all seem rather a nice bunch. #nicepeople #findingfriends #profile
