@Anzeliane I found out that there's an archery range not far from my kids school. Turns out I have a bow my dad left me and some arrows my brother in law gave me so I took a long lunch and went to the range alone
I've done that six times now and all but one of those times I've met new people, had interesting conversations, swapped bows and learned all sorts of stuff!
It's kind of amazing, new people to meet whenever I wander over there!
