Finished. (1) I wove the trim and finished the trim. (2) I deconstructed the neckline of the poncho (a gift), reinforced all the raw edges (with darning and blanket stitch), then hand stitches the trim on the neckline (including new v-neckline section). Done.

It’s done! #finishedobject #knitting Finished “Rowan” cardigan, designed by Meghan Babin. Started 10/23.

This is my 3rd garment of hers I’ve knit this year alone. First one that’s for me. Love her aesthetic. I’m soaking again to block out folded collar band a bit, but other than that it’s done and I’m happy with it.

I’m especially pleased with pockets and how tubular bind off is done. The yarn is Urthyarn Harvest Worsted which just naturally shifts tones as it does due to natural dyes.

Last weekend, I finished a scarf that I started in the spring! Yes, I am very slow at knitting.

Photo is of my partner wearing it just after coming off the needles, before weaving in ends and blocking.

It looks about the same after blocking, just feels a lot softer.

It uses a novel stitch pattern called "triple tuck stitch", which is similar to brioche (but I haven't done brioche before so idk). Super squishy!
