Too many racers crammed into a narrow start chute led to a mass of humanity on the pavement when a runner stumbled. Unfortunately, the fallen pile didn’t deter dozens from simply stepping over them so they could get a better time. Finot wasn’t hurt but one runner reportedly suffered a dislocated shoulder.
