I live in TJ, and I make trips stateside specifically to pick up mail. Informed Delivery allows me to know when I have mail waiting. I only get emails when there's something there. With the website being dysfunctional, I'm getting notifications with nothing in them. My next step is to log in and check. Unfortunately, I can't get into the site. Is there going to be an estimate time of repair for this or what??
This is where I scream #FireDeJoy , and mean it, but also I'd like to know what's going on.

According to their Informed Delivery service, I was supposed to receive mail on January 6 and January 7; I received no mail delivery on either day. I just went to https://informeddelivery.usps.com/ to report the two days of missing mail, and the site is down (hangs when I try to access it). Stellar, just stellar. Why is #LouisDeJoy still the #PostmasterGeneral? #FireDeJoy #CustomerService #fail
