If you’ve never been to Florence, you must go. It’s beautiful, the food is lovely, and there’s nakedness everywhere. Did you know there’s an outside David? He’s outside the museum he lives in. (In Rome there’s a ton of naked in the city and in the Vatican.)

Cats—semi-feral, I suppose—more or less rule in Florence’s Boboli Gardens. Toward evening, after the tourists retreat, they filter out from the bushes and claim their territory. Here’s a rather heroic looking Tom, gazing down on the city.
