Credit where it's due. #FirstBus is deleting my account because I haven't used it for just over a year.
Makes a change from random services Unsigned up to 12 years ago suddenly emailing me with an "important announcement" (which is nothing of the sort), or increasingly to let me know that they have hacked.
However, they lose points on centre-justifying the entire email.
During #cop26, Sunday hours were extended to 8-22:00. Delegates received passes allowing for free transit within Glasgow & Edinburgh.
Ordinary folk can buy ZoneCards (seasonal tickets which aren’t smart-integrated) for trains, subway & some busses n ferries. Pay per zone, to cover Glasgow city is £75 a month & all which include coverage to #Ayr, #Garelochhead & #Carstairs would be £270 monthly - excluding night busses too.
#firstBus trying to wriggle out of providing night busses, shambles.

Find it impressive that with each update to their app, First Bus manage to make it even worse.
It takes real effort and determination to consistently produce a worse product every new release.
TIL that the (private) road maintenance company in #Sheffield is storing equipment in a #bus turnaround. They say it's not their problem, and the (private) bus company needs to find an alternative. #Firstbus say it's not their fault, and have cut 2 miles off the route. Their live times still say buses are running normally, the information is only on Twitter.
A perfect summary of why #publictransport is so bad in this country. "It's someone else's problem"

Bristol's buses are among the worst in the country for arriving on time - and they've been getting worse for years. First Bus also cancel 1,450 buses a week - described ‘the apparent collapse of Bristol’s public transport system’ by Bristol West MP, Thangam Debonnaire.
